RTC Wiki Updates

We have updated to MediaWiki 1.44, this has brought security updates and new features, however, we are currently awaiting the following updates for the following extensions and are therefore disabled:

• LoginNotify,
• CreateUserPage,
• AutoSitemap

These plugins are not critical for the wiki but you might see some functionality disabled. If you find yourself on an error page please let me know on RTC Wiki

To reduce the number of bots attempting to make changes to the RTC Wiki, we have enabled Cloudflare Turnstile on new changes to the wiki. You shouldn't see any differences in the way you make edits or changes; you may see the Cloudflare Turnstile box appear after you click update, but this is the only change you should see.

If you have any issues when submitting changes to the wiki, please let us know as soon as possible.

If spam is reduced to (hopefully none), we will reconsider the strict moderation rules we currently have in place for registered users only.

Hi everyone! Apologies for not posting sooner! It's been a busy start to the year. Thank's to the amazing leeor_net I have identified and fixed several issues that have been present on the RTC Wiki since the 5th of March 2026. These were permission issues with a number of extentions on the Wiki that caused a number of issues, most seriously the ability to create and edit pages.

There is a SiteBanner now on the Wiki acknowledging the issue and linking to the postmortum on the RTC Statuspage (which you can find here).

I hope there are no more issues with the wiki, but, I am always around on the Forum or Discord (DM me if you need my immediate attention).

This has also propted me to consider opening the floor to Staff Member applications! If you would like to become an RTC Staff Member on both the WIki and Forum, please fill out the form below and I will review applications on a rolling basis. Don't worry there are no right or wrong answers!
